These terms apply to all ATA programmes for the 2026–27 season. Booking a place means accepting them. Last updated August 2026.
1. Booking and payment
A booking request is not a confirmed place. We review every request personally to make sure the group is well matched, and reply within 24 hours. If we can host you, we send a private link to complete the booking.
A 40% deposit secures your place. The remaining 60% is paid at the club on arrival, by card or in cash. Prices are per person and include everything listed on the programme page; they do not include accommodation, flights, travel insurance or meals.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are never stored by us. Private payment links expire 14 days after they are issued; if yours has expired, contact us and we will send a new one.
2. If you cancel or change
Counted from the first day of your week:
| When | What happens |
|---|---|
| More than 45 days | Full refund of your deposit, or move to another week free of charge. |
| 45 to 14 days | Your deposit becomes credit towards another week in the same season. One change, subject to availability. |
| Under 14 days | The deposit is not refunded. You owe nothing further — the remaining 60% is never charged. |
Injury or illness. If you cannot train and send us a medical certificate, you keep your place: we move you to another week in the same season, whenever you cancel.
Someone else can take your place. Name changes are free up to 7 days before your week starts, as long as the new player fits the group’s level.
3. We don’t cancel your week
Once your booking is confirmed, your week runs. We don’t cancel groups for being small — you can book flights knowing you are coming.
If you end up as the only player in your group, the week runs in an adjusted format: your group hours become one-to-one hours, at a reduced number of hours reflecting the individual coaching. We tell you before you travel, and you choose — accept the adjusted week, move to another week, or take a full refund of your deposit.
4. Insurance, health and safety
We strongly recommend travel insurance covering cancellation, medical treatment and sports injury. It is the cheapest protection against everything this policy cannot cover.
Our programmes are physically demanding. You should be in good health and fit to train. Tell us about any medical condition, injury or medication before you arrive so we can adapt your training — this information stays between you and your coach.
5. Circumstances beyond our control
If a week cannot run because of events outside our control — extreme weather, government restrictions, or similar — we offer you another week in the same season or a full refund of your deposit.
6. Refunds and contact
Refunds are issued to the card used for payment, normally within 5–10 working days. For anything on this page, write to us and we will answer personally.
